When I got my first work, I felt very delight and refreshing. I remember on that day, after a successful interview, I went to shoes store with my friend and wanted to purchase one pair of new shoes. After a period time of finding, I bought a pair of new Nike shoes.
The next day, I began my first work with my new shoes. That morning, as it was the first time, in order to avoid being late, I arrived there very early, so that the door was closed. After a while, came the colleagues. I went into the office and found my site but did not know what to do. At that time, I felt a little unsuitable as these individuals were strange for me. The previous day’s excitement of finding a new work disappeared from my heart. When I saw other people talked and laughed in a cheerful mood, I felt a bit lonely and uncomfortable. Thanks to the computer, I could use it to chat with my classmates and play games.
The first day of work still went very soon. This work was not very hard but a little boring. After coming back home, I felt my feet a little painful. Then I found my feet were grinded a bubble by this new shoes. That night, I wanted to cry as unsuitable working circumstance and my painful feet. Then, I called my father, told him what happened on the whole first working day. My father told me that was my first day of work, unsuitable the circumstance was very normal. Every one should experience this process. When you came to a new circumstance was like wearing a new pair of shoes. At first, you definitely felt uncomfortable although they were high quality shoes as you have suited to the former shoes. And he also asked me to persist in my new work.
I remembered his words in my heart. The next day, I still went to workplace early and worn that pair of new shoes. On that day, I was not as uncomfortable as the first day with this new work and new shoes.
I have been worked for nearly two months, and now, every day, I work with colleague delight and often talk with them happily. I gradually suit this circumstance. Simultaneously, my feet also feel comfortable with thisNike shoes.               
I write this article and want to tell someone what my father told me. When you enter a new circumstance, it is normal if you feel a little uncomfortable as you have suited the former circumstance which is like you wearing a pair of new shoes.
